Workplace Services

Workplace Services

Process

This logo project was requested for Boston Beer's internal program: Workplace Services. Following many key ideas of the program (structure, stability, helpful, homey) I drafted, revised and perfected two logos for the company to use. Many of these key ideas went into the process and design decisions that led me to my final product. The logo needed to look professional, refined, structured, yet inviting. It also had to include the core components of our company, such as a fermentation tank or wheat hop. For the final piece I created a hop that was a perfect blend of organic and geometric shapes, a structured typeface and a house inside the hop, representing that Workplace Services is the backbone for our "home," the office.

Cheers Backgrounds

In this project I had the opportunity to utilize my illustration skills and have creative freedom. I was assigned to make backgrounds for one of their internal websites, BBC Cheers. This website is like a social media for coworkers to celebrate each other and their accomplishments. In this task I set up meetings with the project manager, communicated our expectations and ideas clearly to create 12 backgrounds with themes around the seasons and holidays of each month. Another idea discussed was to incorporate one of the company's products in each design, correlating to the month's theme. In the end, we were left with 12 refined backgrounds that emulate the feelings of each month.

The Boston Beer Company

At the Boston Beer Company, I supported both brand-facing and internal design needs across Twisted Tea, Dogfish Head, and company-wide programs. I created point-of-sale materials aligned with brand guidelines, coordinated with sales teams and brand directors, and managed design requests while working with vendors to ensure smooth production and timely delivery. I also contributed to internal creative projects, including illustrated assets and logo development, focusing on cohesive, collaborative, and on-brand visual design.
